Tea Bag Holders

I've been brainstorming on what other papercrafts to make in addition to my handmade cards and Tags.

With my recent relocation to Indonesia, I try to bring an exotic flavor to my crafts. Well, funny thing is that I'm introducing an exotic flavor to the world LITERALLY: Indonesian tea by SariWangi, the biggest brand in tea bag segment in Indonesia. But with a twist! It's packed nicely in my papercraft holder. Isn't that a brilliant idea? Well may be not so much :-), but at the very least, it's such a sweet idea.

Who doesn't love tea? In fact, tea is the world's favorites beverage, after water.

Have friends come over for a tea party. Have a cup of tea and eat those scrumptious cakes, whether there is a lot of catching up to do or simply to enjoy each others company.

These sweet tea bags cover are also great for favors or gifts. Wedding, Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Birthday, etc.

And if you're a seller, enclose it with your order. I'm sure it'll bring a bigger smile when they open your package.

The result, you'll be the judge!

The last set shown above is in a Fall theme. After all, Fall season is just around the corner. Imagine how it would look great for your thanksgiving dinner.

Each tea bag holder measures 3" x 2" x 0.5" (7.6cm x 5.1cm x 1.3cm)
Tea bags are included!

Want 'em? Come over to my Etsy store.

I accept constructive feedback. So feel free to make a comment.

New Cards

Just made them today! Remember those papers that just arrived about a week ago? I finally was able to enjoy using them. Fun fun Fun!

These papers are so gorgeous that I want to make sure they stand out among the 3D flowers.

Techniques used: machine stitching for the border, hand stitching with floss and flower, circle and scallop punches. Happy Birthday phrase is handstamped.

If you want to purchase them, they will be available at my ETSY shop. Or simply let me know by leaving me a comment.

It Just Hit Me

I knew that as part of giving birth consequences, my body shape will never go back to its original look prior pregnancy. I knew that somehow the expansion to many directions will remain present whether I like it or not.

I was glad that I lost weight in a couple of weeks (thanks to breastfeeding exclusively!). I didn't have to be on a special diet and I could go back wearing some of my regular jeans in no time.

Last night, I went for a dress shopping. My hubby's good friend is getting married next week and I don't have a dress to wear. Anyway, there I was trying a few dresses and my goodness...it just hit me! I looked fatttt!!! I was surprised that some of them were too small for me. I used to be in size 0 or 2, so trying size 4 as if I was pregnant is not a pleasant surprise. Not only did I look fat, I really looked out of shape. But I guess, it should not be a surprise after all. Since I gave birth (9 months ago), I never hit the gym. I stay home most of the time and pajama is my uniform.

Therefore, let me have a belated new year resolution, if there is any, that is to lose a bit of weight. Most importantly, I want to be fit and look good. The flabby and wrinkly tummy may always be there, but it should be minimized. There is no reason for me to look unattractive once I'm a mom, right?

Fortunately, we have a treadmill at home. My goal is to exercise twice a week. That should be a good start. And today is a good day to start. Oh boy, was I feel better after exercising.

New Crafts Supplies Shop

Since I relocated to Indonesia, I have sold a few of supply items to other Etsians. A few people have asked me whether I have more of those. I discuss with my husband about the opportunity to open another Etsy shop, a supply shop in particular, with a goal to provide affordable and good quality supplies. Being a crafter myself, I only use good quality items to make my crafts. Hence, natsupplies is open.

To celebrate this opening, I'm having a SALE. Everything in the store is 20% off.

You can find beads, buttons, cellphone straps, bar pins, ribbons, and appliques at my supply store. I slowly adding few items everyday and organizing my inventory (aside from looking after my 8 months baby), but if you are looking for something specific that you do not see in my store, do let me know. I might have it.
